End User License Agreement
This agreement governs your use of BudgetFLEX™ software licensed by FLEXEC Advisory LLC.
1. License grant
FLEXEC Advisory LLC gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BudgetFLEX™ under this agreement. You are buying the right to use the software — not the software itself. Anything we have not granted here stays with us.
2. Device activations
Your license key works on up to five (5) devices that you own or control, and our licensing platform keeps track of that automatically. Changing machines? Just deactivate one device to free up a slot.
3. Restrictions
A few things we ask you not to do:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where the law says you may;
- redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software;
- resell, publish, or share your license keys;
- work around license validation or the activation limit;
- remove or change the proprietary notices inside the software.
4. Data ownership
Everything you create — your accounts, transactions, budgets, balance sheet, and spending data — belongs to you, not to us. It lives locally on your device, and we claim no ownership, license, or right of access to it.
5. Termination
We can end this license if these terms are broken — for example, if license keys are resold or shared, or the activation limit is deliberately circumvented. If that happens, please stop using the software and remove it from your devices. Your own data stays yours and is untouched.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability set out in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement and are incorporated by reference.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
